When will I get my order?

Our normal processing time is 5-7 business days (before shipping), which excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that this is processing time only, before orders are shipped.

Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.


When will I get my monthly subscription?

    Subscription kits are shipped the last week of the month.

    As with regular shop orders, once sub kits enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.


    Do you ship international?

    Yes! However, if you are ordering from outside the US, please expect a longer delivery time. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control, so please keep in mind that The Planner Spot is not responsible for any delayed or lost orders.

    A note about international shipping

    Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Customs fees vary by country and are based on the item cost. THE PLANNER SPOT is not responsible for customs charges and it is buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind. 


    Do you do custom requests?

      So sorry but we are not accepting custom orders at this time.


      Do you have any discount codes?

      We have a rewards program in our shop where you earn points for every dollar you spend, which unlock various levels of discounts.

      In addition, each month we email a free download to those signed up to our email list.
      Lastly, we try to do an opps bag / clearance sale about once a month.

      Do you accept returns?

      We offer options to return or exchange product only if it came to you damaged or defected. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit by USPS.

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      * Printable product downloads and "oops" quality items are final sale and may not be returned.
